Independent yoga studio and cafe in central Leamington Spa

Stonemonkey Yoga Studio is the first dedicated yoga centre in Leamington Spa. We offer offer classes in different styles of yoga, for students of all ages and levels of ability, led by experienced and qualified teachers.

Whether you’re looking for a dynamic and physically-challenging workout, or to slow things down with a gentle, soothing practice, there will be a class tailored to your needs.

The studio has been renovated to a high standard, with bamboo flooring, white brick walls, reclaimed timber and creative lighting, creating a relaxing environment in which to practise yoga.
The café on the first floor offers a range of coffee, teas, juices and shakes. A range of homemade cakes, salads, soups and light snacks are also available.

Cafe opening times: Monday 10am-4.30pm Tuesday – Saturday 8.30am-4.30pm
