NEXT COURSE STARTS THURSDAY 4TH JUNE

Ashtanga 6 week beginners course

This six week course will introduce you to the basics of Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga.
The course builds slowly introducing the core techniques of Breath, movement and alignment.
This will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your Yoga practice and encourage you to develop your own Yoga self practice.
On completion of the course you will be ready to move on to the beginners class or assisted ‘Mysore’ self practice class with confidence.

Thursday evenings  7.15 – 8.30pm
