We are open seven days a week and run around twenty yoga classes weekly, catering for all levels of experience and flexibility.

Workshops and courses

We run regular beginners’ courses all the year round in different forms of yoga including Hatha and Ashtanga.  We also host a wide variety of workshops featuring nationally and internationally-renowned yoga experts, and courses including yoga teacher training and Thai yoga massage.
