Thursday
10.00-11.30am: Mother & Baby – 4 months to crawling (Belinda Staplehurst )
12.00-1.30pm: Mother & Baby – newborn to 4 months (Belinda Staplehurst)
5.00-7.15pm: *Mysore style assisted self practice (Digby Platt)
7.15pm- 8.30pm: 6 week Ashtanga beginners course (Digby Platt)

Friday
9.45-11.15 am: Vinyasa Krama (Digby Platt)

Saturday
9.30-11.00am: Ashtanga Beginners (Digby Platt)
11.30am-1.00pm: Ashtanga Research (Digby Platt)

Sunday
9.30am-12.00pm: *’Mysore style’ assisted Self Practice (Ben Beswick)

*All Mysore classes are accessed through the rear of the building. Turn left at the traffic island and take the first left again down the slope and enter the first set of  dark blue double doors on the left hand side .
