This 8 week course on Ashtanga Yoga is for those that have completed the part 1 course.
We continue to build slowly the core techniques of Breath, movement and alignment that were looked at in the first course, moving onto the technique involved in moving into the seated postures & finishing sequence.
This will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your Yoga practice and encourage you to develop your own Yoga self practice.

This 6 week course will introduce you to the basics of Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga.
The course builds slowly introducing the core techniques of Breath, movement and alignment.
This will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your Yoga practice and encourage you to develop your own Yoga self practice.




August Holiday timetable

I wil be away for a week beginning Saturday 5th August until Monday 14th August classes will resume on the 15th.
While I’m away there will be no regular Ashtanga classes but the studio will be open for self practice from Tuesday 8th to Saturday 12th 9.30 – Noon.
Please leave a donation with the cafe staff for use of the room. (suggested donation £3/4)

This 6 week course is for those who have completed the part 1 course. We will be looking at the seated positions of the primary series & the finishing sequence, taking time to look at alignment principles and how the breath works through the practice building on the foundations covered in the first course.

The course will run every Tuesday eve at 7.15pm beginning on the January 24th the course is progressional so please make sure you can make all the dates. There will be no refund on any classes missed during the course. Please follow the link below to book your place.
