This 8 week course on Ashtanga Yoga is for those that have completed the part 1 course.
We continue to build slowly the core techniques of Breath, movement and alignment that were looked at in the first course, moving onto the technique involved in moving into the seated postures & finishing sequence.
This will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your Yoga practice and encourage you to develop your own Yoga self practice.
